Too Busy to Be Blended: Golfing in Space

Low stakes. Short bursts. Sharable. Interactable. Relatable. And maybe artable. Whatever that is.

Along with more classic lines like project-based learning activities, something that gets people moving, gets them creating, and gets them interacting is an important part of the dance of any class.

There we have the Daily Create. And other classroom like, or learning like, activities. How do such things come into being? How do we find the time to do them in the swamp of “content coverage.” And hey, what if they are the content? Or at least closely aligned to it.

Today? Well, I am in the process of co-constructing another creative pedagogy event and just a week out, I am finding it challenging to get those people about to be tossed into the blender to connect. And honestly, who has time to reach out anymore anyway.

Today? Well, as we build out some connectivity online, I am reminded by the community here, here on combobulating.net, here on the mastodon and here in the #ds106 spaces, I am surrounded.

Today? Well, I have ideas and am working to get some of them placed in the world.

Today? Well, this is what I have for you. Some riding around some insect like creature in a mini-golf in space station. Or something.
